What Is A Patient Portal?: A patient portal is a web site that allows you (the patient) to interact with our staff and access your important health information. It allows you to: Access lab, imaging, and other test results Access chart notes, clinical history & billing statements Review medication and orders Access past & future appointment date & times Enter or modify personal information Pay your bill online, We accept Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Communicate with clinic staff via secure messaging Weather and other unforeseen clinic closure information Changes in our practice (new services, new providers, schedule changes) Salem Hospital Parking Salem Health is starting construction on a new tower - January of 2020. This will affect our parking and patient drop-off significantly. Patient drop-off for Salem Gastro and Salem Endoscopy will be under building ‘C’ off Winter St. (See the map above or on the contact page of our web site here ). This will be valet parking. If you prefer to park your own car, you can drop patients off under building ‘C’ and park in the parking garage on Capitol St. You will have to go through the lobby of building ‘A’ to reach building ‘C’. You can register, make payments, sign up for eStatements and automatic payments here: Payment Portal Mobile Apps In support of our patients having access to their health information, aside from our Patient Portal, we have also set up the ability for mobile apps to provide you access to your information in a safe and secure way. However, we are unaware of any apps that are configured to connect to our system at this time.
